Chapel Group Consulting (CGC) is a woman-owned small business with over 15 years of combined experience across government, academic, and public health sectors. We bring deep expertise in strategy, policy, and program implementation, helping mission-driven organizations navigate complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Our team has supported federal agencies, universities, nonprofits, and community-based organizations with services ranging from grant development and communications strategy to program evaluation and stakeholder engagement. About the Founder:

Led by Stasia Widerynski, a mission-driven policy and strategy professional with experience working at the intersection of public health, environmental policy, and community engagement.

Stasia Widerynski is a seasoned policy and strategy professional with a career spanning high-impact roles both as a consultant and as a staff member for leading institutions, including the White House Council on Environmental Quality, CDC, NIH, EPA, World Health Organization, and National Wildlife Federation. Her experience spans grant writing, communications strategy, program and policy evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, all underscored by a consistent record of driving measurable results.

Stasia’s career has included leading high-profile federal initiatives at the White House, advising on climate resilience and environmental justice projects, managing multi-million-dollar contracts, and developing data-driven evaluations to measure impact and improve outcomes. She is recognized for translating complex policy and research into actionable strategies, fostering partnerships across agencies and communities, and delivering measurable results.

With a Master of Public Health from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Tulane University, Stasia brings a deep understanding of how policy, science, and communications work together to create lasting change.

  • Developed and implemented a federal communications strategy to advance climate change and health priorities, emphasizing environmental justice and community resilience.
